Associate Professor Anne Chou (周伶瑛) of the Department of Translation and Interpreting and the director of the Office of Public Relations is invited by the Economic Development Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government to attend the 57th ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) Congress in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
